The race against time begins.
Ever since his parents were killed in a tornado, thirteen-year-old Finn has been obsessed with understanding these storms – and preventing them. Together, he and his best friend Billy have therefore developed their own early-warning system: Stormwitch.
However, their tests are repeatedly disrupted by the ruthless storm chaser Colonel Remington, who sabotages anyone who gets in his way.
But the two of them continue to work tirelessly on Stormwitch until the system finally sounds the alarm: a supercell that could become the storm of the century is approaching – and no other monitoring station is detecting the danger!
