Nadja Hirsch

Nadja Hirsch is a psychologist with a master’s degree in business administration and studied sustainability management. She founded the Institute for Climate Psychology and lives in Munich, Germany. In her work, she combines psychological knowledge with the aim of promoting sustainable behavior in private life and in companies – and helping people to remain mentally strong, capable of action and confident in times of climate crisis.

She is the author of the book series “My Climate Year”. In the motivating book calendars, which are available for adults and schoolchildren, she invites them to discover new impulses step by step, to understand psychological mechanisms, to change routines and to be mindful of themselves and the planet. Her approach: climate protection starts in the mind – with inner clarity, emotional resilience and concrete action.

I am involved with Climate Fiction Writers Europe because I value networking in the field of sustainability and climate and want to support the leverage of books to drive the ecological transformation.

Mental strength meets climate protection – “My Climate Year 2025”

This calendar book combines sustainability and mental health. It supports a climate-friendly life with psychological depth and lasting inspiration. It is not just a clear annual planner, but a daily companion for anyone who wants to go through the year mindfully and make a positive contribution to themselves and the planet.

Monthly focal points & personal development

Each month is dedicated to a specific topic. Psychological impulses, reflection questions and exercises suitable for everyday use help to strengthen your own emotional resilience. Topics such as climate emotions, avoidance behavior, stress caused by climate change and climate burnout are addressed sensitively – always with the aim of remaining strong and able to act. Reflections help you to get to know yourself better, deal with challenges more consciously and develop new perspectives on dealing with the climate crisis. This not only creates more clarity, but also new motivation for active action.

Clearly structured planner for everyday life

The weekly overview on two pages offers plenty of space for appointments, tasks and priorities. The calendar is supplemented by note pages, to-do lists and monthly reflection pages – for a structured, focused and inspiring everyday life.
